As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and a Registered Dance Movement Therapist, I provide a holistic and individualized therapy experience for my clients. I utilize multiple modalities including Internal Family Systems Therapy, Creative Arts Therapies and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies in my approach to therapeutic healing. I can also incorporate the processing of spiritual and religious trauma and assist clients during the process of deconstruction and reconstruction of their faith. I believe that we must address the entire person, mind, body and spirit in order for lasting change to take hold of your life. We must also work together with your family and support system to bring everyone together into balance. I work to marry evidence-based approaches with creative interventions in a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthChoice, WebTPA, and Cigna (Evernorth) insurance companies. I am able to work with other insurance on an out of network basis but am unable to negotiate single case agreements.
